Chapter One Hundred and Six.

I sat out with Cacophony helping her to rehearse her lines from a project for her acting class. At one point she dropped her cigarette over the wall and I went to retrieve it (being the nice guy that i am). As I walked back to her with it, I jokingly took I drag off of it.
"That's not how you smoke", she said with a laugh.
"It's not?", I asked.
"No silly", she said, "You have to inhale!"
"I was inhaling", I said, "I was breathing it in."
"There's a difference between inhaling and breathing it in", she replied. That didn't make much sense to me, so she demonstrated.
"Huh.", I said.
"Here, try again", she said.
"Huh."
"Come on!"
"Huh."
"I'm not trying to subvert you or anything, I just want you to do it the right way one."
"Alright, fine", I said. I took the cigarette from her, put it to my lips, and breathed the smoke in, then took it away from my lips and inhaled. I exhaled and coughed. She laughed. My head spun, I felt mildly drunk.
"Oh my gosh", I said; "Is this the oxygen deprivation or the nicotine?"
"The nicotine", she said.
"Man-o-man", I said, "I had no idea smoking could make you feel this nice." Cacophony smiled.
"Do other people know about this?", I asked. She laughed.
