iD once had a serious problem in that he was extrememly attracted to SWISS
Miss but valued their friendship too much to risk doing anything about his
feelings for her. He really struggled with whether to admit to her those things
which he saw as his 'true feelings', but always ending up repressing the
desire. She always seemed to pop up in his writings; the last five lines
of Chapter 15 are directed towards her
and she's the requited love in Chapter 39.
She's in there, lurking in the background in a few other chapters as well, but
those appearances do not deserve mentioning.
I think the most tellings writing on the subject is her own. That which
follows is a note between SWISS Miss and SpImp(, and following that is the text
of the note since it's hard to read).
